Which means you’ll be smack-dab in the middle of the best things our South Lake Union (SLU) neighborhood, Seattle, and urban retirement living have to offer. (Did you know SLU is ranked fifth in the city in terms of walkability? It’s true.)
Outside our community, you’re within easy walking distance of green spaces and dog parks, cafés, hiking trails, shops, and restaurants. Not only that, but you’ll be a hop, skip, and a jump away from the captivating Museum of History and Industry and from the picturesque Lake Union. Inside our community, you’re within an even easier walking distance of oodles of amenities, services galore, and a resident population of accomplished innovators, artists, musicians, foodies, and adventurers.

The fact is, Seattle is an eclectic city with a do-your-own-thing, casual vibe. You could say the same of the people who live here. Don’t get us wrong, we’re home to people who care—about the environment, about social issues, and about each other. It’s just that we honor and value all the things that each of us brings to the table. And we believe there’s room at our table for everyone.
